Servant Leadership

Learning to Walk (2004) by protoflux

“Be not afraid of greatness: some are born great, some achieve greatness and some have greatness thrust upon them.” —William Shakespeare, Twelfth Night

I am convinced there is greatness in every individual who crosses my path.

I want to be an activator of that greatness, because the number of people I meet who’ve been crushed by the failure of their dreams is simply heartbreaking to me. We all need someone who believes in us, who expresses that belief to us, and who walks beside us encouraging us.

I want to be that kind of servant leader.

What kind of leader do you want to be?

1 Thessalonians 5:11 (New International Version 1984, ©1984)

11 Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
